・インフルエンザの予防接種は、予約制でお受けいただいております。
・当院の診察券をお持ちの方に、ご予約いただくことができます。
・定期通院されている方は受診日に接種可能です。

・当院の診察券が無い方（初診の方）は、お電話でご相談ください。
・13歳までの小児の方は2回目の接種が可能ですが、
大人は1回のみの接種とさせていただきます。
